How we design and manufacturate your PCBs

We specialize in RF circuitry and high-ball-count BGA package assembly. Our production capacity includes assembling multilayer PCBs, FPGAs, BGAs, and other complex components. We can handle orders for small, medium, or large production runs.

Our 200-square-meter Class 10,000 cleanroom is available to serve our clients. Integrating manufacturing within the same premises as the design and testing of our clients' bespoke designs allows us to reach a level of optimization unattainable through the externalization of processes.

We follow the precise temperature and humidity control standards demanded by modern, next-generation electronic components and subsystems. We provide vacuum packaging services for PCBs, single components, and completed products.

The automated production lines at PROMAX Innovation feature four high-speed Pick & Place machines. These machines are capable of inserting several thousand components per hour and can handle components as small as 01005 and as tall as 15 mm.

To meet our goal of zero failures, we employ an AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) station that detects component application errors or manufacturing defects via optical sensors. The system incorporates an OK/KO (Pass/Fail) station with laser-based height verification and two remote verification stations.

X-ray Inspection Unit: We use a latest-generation General Electric Phoenix x|aminer for advanced inspection of critical electronic components, including BGAs and solder joints. We offer flexible inspection services, from sampling control checks to comprehensive, full-lot studies, all documented with detailed images and reports.
